Maru Coffee is one of LA’s most popular cafés, but it’s earned its place. With earthy matcha and incredibly smooth coffees, the Arts District location is a minimalist café near other gems in the area, and the back of the cafe also has 1 of 2 hidden Departamento locations in Arts District, where you can browse some fashion-forward pieces. 

There are also locations in Los Feliz and Beverly Hills that are more to-go, quicker stops.
