Established Today is a music-centered café on Melrose, near where the Melrose Flea takes place at Fairfax High School. It’s a bright, spacious third space built to grab a good drink, socialize, work, or sit at one of the individual listening stations and play a record.
They also sell records and host occasional events in the space. Established Today is among the few cafés that are interactive. Open daily from around 8 or 9 am to 5 pm.
